The CAC of North and Northwest Cook County is here to help. We do handle emergency cases and our mission is to support children and non-offending care givers throughout a difficult time and ensure our services provide minimal trauma to the child. CAC is a part of a MDT, working closely with Law Enforcement and a large team of professionals to ensure we provide the least traumatic services to children who have witnessed or experienced abuse.
